Early Phase Damage Detection
TASK:
To monitor manufacturing line based on post-production and pre-assembling phases for early crack occurrences

SOLUTION:
-
Testing and experimenting with different robot grippers and hands, including dexterous hands and hardware (grippers and hand solution).
-
Calculation of the optimum force for the gripper will be calculated via Al based software
-
Al based software and vision components that comprise simulation integrating temperature and physical parameters to support better gripping/manipulation of deformable objects

Process Monitoring and AI Based Control Unit
TASK:
-
Increase the quality of manufacturing process by monitoring essential process parameters
-
Reduce the ignorance of minor damages on components, therefore part turnover will reduce

SOLUTION:
-
Process monitoring and reporting software helps operators maintain control of the process. The process Controller Unit is developed and integrated into the process. This unit is controlled by the Al Unit based on the decisions made by itself.
-
The Al-Based Process Controller Unit will unable the Al Unit to directly control the process based on its decisions. Thus, this unit will greatly reduce or completely eliminate the need for the operator to intervene in the process.
